Kaedah/Cara Deposit wang ke Akaun Alert Pay di Kaunter RBS Bank

KAEDAH/CARA DEPOSIT WANG KE AKAUN ALERTPAY 

DIKAUNTER RBS BANK

Di Malaysia Alertpay menggunakan perkhidmatan RBS Bank

Sebelum anda boleh melakukan 'Deposit Fund', anda perlu mendaftar 
Akaun Bank anda ke dalam AlertPay terlebih dahulu 
dengan klik   "Add Bank"


SEBELUM ANDA KE KAUNTER RBS BANK SILA CREATE 
DAHULU MAKLUMAT DEPOSIT SEPERTI BERIKUT:

1)
Login ke akaun Alertpay anda, dan klik "Deposit" & 
pilih "Bank Transfer"

2)

Sila masukan jumlah bayaran dalam nilai MYR 
(contoh: 500 untuk  MYR500)



3)

Semak maklumat, jika semuanya betul klik "Deposit"




4) Anda akan mendapat "Referrece No" dan "Bank Deposit Code"




5).  Buka email anda, anda juga akan menerima email seperti 
berikut yang mengandungi "Bank Depisit Code"





6). Sekarang anda boleh pergi ke kaunter mana-mana cawangan 
RBS Malaysia untuk buat bayaran dengan mengisi borang 
seperti berikut :-

SILA SCAN SLIP PEMBAYARAN DI ATAS UNTUK DI HANTAR

KEPADA SUPPORT ALERTPAY.



LANGKAH SETERUSNYA - SILA BERITAHU 'Support Alertpay'


1)Hantarkan 'Support Ticket' kepada AlertPay menyatakan 
bayaran dah dibuat. Login akaun Alertpay anda dan klik 
button help di bahagian atas kiri seperti rajah berikut atau layarihttps://helpdesk.alertpay.com/

2)Pilih link 'Submit a Ticket'



3)Pilih 'Banking Support' dan klik button 'NEXT'


4)Masukkan nama, email dan upload file 'screenshot' 
pembayaran anda. Masukkan juga huruf 'Verification' 
dan klik button 'Submit'.



NOTA PENTING DARI Alertpay:

1. Your bank entered the Bank Deposit Code incorrectly when you 
initiated the transaction. The Bank Deposit Code is provided when
you initiate a bank deposit transaction in your AlertPay account. It is 
13 digits long and begins with 34.


2. Your bank did not submit the Bank Deposit Code along with
your transaction.


To ensure that your deposit is credited to your AlertPay account 
promptly, attach a scan of the transaction receipt or bank statement.
If you conducted the transaction online, attach a screen shot of
the transaction. Please attach these documents when responding to
this email.


Ensure that the documents you submit to us contain the following 
information:


• Your full name as it appears on your bank account:
• The name of your bank:
• The recipient’s account number (AlertPay’s account):
• The amount of the transaction:
• The date of the transaction:


Please do not copy and paste the relevant information in this email, 
as we absolutely require a scan of the transaction receipt or bank 
statement which shows this transaction in order to locate this transfer.
Ensure the file is under 1 MB in size and in JPEG or JPG format.


We will review this information once we receive it and contact you 
as soon as possible with a resolution.
